My name is Mace Paterson — I've been passionate about fitness and helping others since I picked up my first dumbbell at 12 and which lead to me becoming a fully qualified personal trainer at just 16. Growing up, I always wanted to be a superhero. Turns out, the closest thing to that is becoming the strongest version of yourself.

I'm a Highland Games athlete who competes across the world, pushing the limits of human strength and endurance over the world. That same relentless drive is what I bring to every client I coach.
